Our classes are designed to work on different body parts with the ultimate goal to gradually build strength and flexibility according to your body rhythm.
The classes typically begin with a short dance workout focusing on stretch and tone, followed by fun filled session dedicated to dancing on a particular routine with a well-deserved break in between!
What to Wear:
Apart from a HUGE smile, tracks sweat pants, tights, and shorts, anything you’re comfortable in. Your dancewear should allow you to move with ease; so stretchable clothing is always advisable. For footwear – barefoot or sport shoes should be just fine.
A mat or a large bath size towel for floor work, a face towel to freshen up, a bottle of water and a deodorant 😉
